This is SO true - all of it! After 20+ years in UX, I feel the weight of constantly having to read/listen/learn more about what's new in my industry. I've come away realizing, with the maturing of the UX world, that what's much more important is understanding the things that are constant - creative problem solving abilities, mentorship, creative thinking, design thinking, empathy... the list goes on. It helps to remind ourselves.
